Care start dates depend on client needs, service location, caregiver or nurse availability, required documentation, and clinical assessment. We work to coordinate services as promptly as possible and will discuss expected timing during your consultation.
What does home care cost, and what does it cover?
Rates depend on the type of service, care needs, schedule, and location. We discuss available service options, private-pay options, and long-term-care insurance considerations during your consultation.
Are your caregivers licensed and insured?
Loudoun Home Care is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health and maintains bonding and insurance coverage. Care team members complete background screening and credential checks appropriate to their role before providing services.
Can I request the same caregiver each visit?
You may request consistent caregivers whenever possible. Scheduling depends on caregiver availability, client needs, and the required qualifications for the care plan.
